Dixie Johnson to Speak at PLI’s 54th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation

Washington, D.C., Securities Enforcement and Regulation partner Dixie Johnson will speak at the PLI’s 54^th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation – Enforcement 2022: Perspectives from Government Agencies on May 25 in New York. Dixie will participate in a panel discussion titled “Ethical Issues that Arise When Working with Government Agencies.” The panel will cover the ethical considerations involved in determining whether to represent more than one party in a government investigation.
