Daily Journal Names Megan Nishikawa to its Top 40 Under 40 List

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 12, 2020 — The Daily Journal has named King & Spalding Trial and Global Disputes partner Megan Nishikawa to its annual Top 40 Under 40 list, which honors high-achieving young attorneys in California across all fields and practices.

In a profile today, the publication highlighted Nishikawa for “devising defenses against plaintiffs’ use of California’s public nuisance law” in a series of high-profile environmental cases.

Nishikawa, who is based in San Francisco, focuses on the defense of complex litigation, including toxic tort, environmental, and product liability claims. She represents clients in the energy, chemical, and  pharmaceutical industries in state and federal courts nationwide.
