King & Spalding invites you to join us for its Crisis Management Tokyo Roundtable “Global Insights from our Government Investigations and Crisis Management Leaders” on Tuesday, 20 February 2018.
This is a unique opportunity to hear a truly global perspective, and gain insights from attorneys that have extensive investigations experience – including from inside the U.S. government. After an introduction from the Head of our Global Disputes practice in Tokyo, Chris Bailey, our keynote speakers will be Jason Jones, Alec Koch and Grant Nichols, leading Government Investigations partners from King & Spalding’s Washington D.C. office.
The focus of the discussion will be on recent enforcement actions, not only in the anti-bribery and corruption field, but across the full gamut of white-collar crime matters, looking at recent interventions and the lessons to be learned from them. The speakers will also provide guidance on company compliance programs, what to expect from future enforcement actions and their insights on other U.S. enforcement authority trends including corruption, accounting fraud, insider trading, and whistleblower policies.
