NEW YORK, Dec. 18, 2019 — Crain’s New York Business has named King & Spalding partners Jennifer Morgan and Ellen Snare to its 2020 Notable Women in Law list. Morgan is a real estate private equity partner representing sponsors and institutional investors in a range of real estate investments and transactions. She also advises clients on structuring and negotiating fund formations and other capital transactions, including private real estate investment trusts and other structured investments.
Snare focuses on leveraged finance and restructuring. She represents financial institutions, lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private issuers and borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
