“Counterintelligence and Economic Espionage: what U.S. Business Needs to Know”


Partner Eleanor Hill will be a featured speaker at a February 9, 2016 program sponsored by the ABA Section of International Law National Security Committee. The event, entitled “Counterintelligence and Economic Espionage: What U.S. Business Needs to Know”, will focus on the growing problem of economic espionage and what U.S. businesses can do to better protect their organizations. The event will include a screening of the movie “The Company Man: Protecting America’s Secrets”, which was created by the FBI. In addition to Ms. Hill, the program will include remarks by a representative of the FBI as well as Baker and Botts attorney Guillermo Christensen.  The program will begin at 12 noon on February 9th  in the offices of Baker and Botts, 1299 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, D.C.
