Join us for a panel discussion titled "Congressional Investigations: A Bipartisan Conversation With Chief Counsels During the COVID-19 Pandemic."

Ted Hester leads the congressional investigations practice at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C., and will be joined by Kevin Barstow, Democratic Chief Oversight Counsel, and Jennifer Barblan, Republican Chief Counsel for Oversight and Investigations on the Energy and Commerce Committee, U.S. House of Representatives. 

The panel will also include King & Spalding partners Dan Donovan, former Chief Investigative Counsel in the U.S. Senate; Alicia O’Brien, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legislative Affairs, U.S. Department of Justice; and Tom Spulak, former General Counsel, U.S. House of Representatives. The panelists will provide perspectives and updates regarding the state of congressional investigations during the challenging era of COVID-19 in the 116th Congress.
