Benchmark Litigation’s results are the culmination of a months-long research period where researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms across the United States. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by firms and ask sources to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state.
