ATLANTA, Sept. 29, 2017 — The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named King & Spalding partner Mike Paulhus to its annual 40 Under 40 list, which honors “40 young movers and shakers who have scaled the ranks, are making a mark in their industries and leading in their communities,” according to the publication.
Paulhus, a Healthcare litigation partner based in Atlanta, will receive the award at a reception on Nov. 8. Paulhus specializes in defending leading healthcare providers in high-stakes government investigations, False Claims Act litigation, and crisis management. Chambers USA 2017 ranked him as “Up and Coming,” and in 2014, Law360 named him a Healthcare MVP, one of five lawyers nationwide who had extraordinary wins and had contributed most to their practice area. Paulhus also serves as an adjunct faculty member, teaching a Healthcare Fraud & Abuse seminar at Georgia State University School of Law. He is actively involved in the community, serving as Secretary of The Atlanta Opera Board of Directors.
