ATLANTA, Nov. 21, 2018 — The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named King & Spalding partner Justin King to its annual 40 Under 40 list, which honors “40 young movers and shakers who have scaled the ranks, are making a mark in their industries and leading in their communities,” according to the publication.
King, a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, received the award at a reception on Nov. 8. King represents public and private companies, private equity funds and sports franchises in a variety of M&A and corporate matters. He also works with emerging and growth-stage companies on matters ranging from venture capital financing transactions to general corporate concerns. King has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star and by The Daily Report as one of the Top 30 Lawyers Under 40 in Georgia.
