Asia Business Law Journal Names Mark Davies to its Japan A-List

NEW YORK, July 13, 2022 — The Asia Business Law Journal has named King & Spalding Corporate, Finance and Investments partner Mark Davies to its Japan A-List 2022. The list recognizes the “top 100 legal experts practicing in Japan – including foreign legal consultants, advisers and counsel,” according to the publication.

Davies, based in Tokyo, focuses on  the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects in the LNG, conventional power, renewables (onshore and offshore wind power and solar power projects), oil & gas and petrochemicals sectors. He has advised on numerous market-leading projects across Asia and globally. Davies has been advising on major energy and infrastructure projects for more than 20 years.

The Asia Business Law Journal’s compilation of the Japan A-List is based on research conducted and nominations received from in-house counsel based in Japan and elsewhere, and Japan-focused partners at international law firms based outside the country.
