A Discussion With State Attorneys General About Enforcement Priorities and Policies

Please join three elected attorneys general—Brian Frosh of Maryland, Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia and David Yost of Ohio—in a panel discussion about their enforcement priorities and policies, moderated by former U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. State attorneys general increasingly use their enforcement authorities to pursue investigations involving potential violations of consumer protection, data privacy, healthcare, financial services, environmental, antitrust and labor laws. It is essential for corporate attorneys, compliance professionals and outside counsel to consider potential state enforcement actions in designing their compliance programs and to prepare for investigations, if and when they arise.

RSVP by April 16 to Karen Harris at kcharris@kslaw.com.
