CDC Launches Smartphone App to Report COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

V-Safe is a smartphone application that allows vaccinated individuals to report COVID-19 vaccine side effects. The application also provides personalized health check-ins and reminders for second COVID-19 doses if appropriate.
