On Friday, August 24, King & Spalding Government Advocacy and Public Policy partner J.C. Boggs will be moderating a panel on “Early, Overseas and Military Voting, and Absentee Ballots” at the 2012 National Election Law Seminar in Sarasota, Florida. Georgia Governor Nathan Deal will also be speaking at the seminar, which is designed to orient GOP legal professionals and volunteers to the election law systems utilized in the United States to encourage and protect open, fair and honest elections. Topics include absentee and early voting, updates and developments in campaign finance law, emerging issues in media law, Florida law, military and overseas voting, recounts and contests, among others.

Approximately 11 hours of CLE are available, including one hour of ethics. The seminar is open only to RNLA members and invited guests. For more information or to register, click here.
