King & Spalding’s Infrastructure Finance and Development Practice uses a multi-disciplinary approach to meet client needs and draws on the experience of lawyers from all of the firm’s offices.  We regularly represent and understand the needs of developers, financial institutions, governmental entities, construction companies and other service and equipment providers who are active in the infrastructure area.  Our experience covers a broad range of projects, including electricity generating facilities, toll roads, athletic stadiums, airports, water and sewer facilities, chemical and other industrial facilities, telecommunications equipment and facilities, municipal buildings and other capital improvements.
