MEXICO CITY, Mexico, April 12, 2010 - Kenneth S. Culotta, a partner in the energy and natural resources practice and Latin American practice of King & Spalding, will be a panelist at a two-day international conference on the exploration and production of oil and gas in Mexico to be held in Mexico City, Mexico, April 15-16. The event is presented by the Institute for Energy Law, the Center for American and International Law and the National Association of Business Law.
Culotta’s panel will discuss highlights of the new contractual regime of Pemex, Mexico’s state-owned oil company. Mexican Energy Minister Georgina Kessel will deliver the keynote luncheon address.
