Description:
King & Spalding Partner and Former Solicitor General Paul Clement and King & Spalding Partner and Former Acting Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bucholtz will review the United States Supreme Court's key decisions from last Term and preview some of the major cases for the upcoming Term, including two cases in which Mr. Clement is counsel of record. Messrs. Clement and Bucholtz will be joined by Zack Tripp, an associate in the Washington, D.C., office, who clerked for Justice Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.
