Wan Chieh (Jenny) Lee is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in King & Spalding's New York office.

Ms. Lee's practice includes client counseling, prosecution of patent applications and patent infringement litigation for U.S. and foreign corporations involving a variety of technologies, including pharmaceutical products, chemical products and processing, polymer technology, energy technology, medical devices, mechanical devices, paper products, business methods and optics. In particular, she has been involved with due diligence analyses, freedom to operate investigations, inventorship investigations, prosecution of reissue and reexamination patent applications, pre-trial motions and written discovery.

Ms. Lee received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with concentrations in intellectual property and general litigation, and her B.S. in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a minor in biomedical engineering. During her undergraduate career, she participated in cardiac and cartilage tissue engineering research using biodegradable polymer scaffolds, for which she earned the school's bioengineering undergraduate research award, studied drug delivery coatings for cardiovascular stents and served as a teaching assistant for the undergraduate polymer chemistry laboratory. As an undergraduate, Ms. Lee also worked as a summer intern at a large pharmaceutical company where she designed and conducted experiments related to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Ms. Lee is admitted to the bar of the state of New York and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
