Tim Tucker currently practices as a counsel in King & Spalding's New York office and has over twenty-five years of experience in representing U.S. and international developers, owners, investors, tenants and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Tucker has extensive experience in the development, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial parks, residential apartment and condominium projects and mixed use developments, including experience in Shari’ah compliant real estate acquisitions. Mr. Tucker received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Lipscomb University in 1977. In 1980, he received his M.A. from University of Arkansas in English literature. Mr. Tucker received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1982, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
