- Representation of a national timber company in a $4.5 billion sale of land throughout the Southeast.
- Representation of national tenants, landlords and property management firms in regional shopping center transactions throughout the United States.
- Representation of a Florida-based real estate company in the acquisition and development of several golf and resort communities.
Mr. Banner is a former in-house counsel for a Washington, D.C. based management and development company. His responsibilities involved acquisition, development and leasing matters for major shopping centers. apartment communities and Class A office buildings in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
