People

Steve Cummings is a counsel on the Contracts and Business Torts Practice.  Steve represents national and international corporations in government investigations involving federal and state agencies and regulatory authorities, as well as civil litigation relating to the investigations.  He also provides regulatory advice to pharmacy and health care clients and conducts internal compliance review to assess the effectiveness of a company’s policies, procedures and monitoring programs in meeting regulatory obligations.  And he has represented corporate clients in complex civil matters, including class actions and multi-district litigation, in various federal and state courts.
