Shannon Cox is a counsel in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Cox’s practice involves complex commercial litigation, focusing primarily on consumer class actions, DEA regulatory issues, and state pharmacy and controlled substance matters.
Ms. Cox has significant experience with complex multi-party and class action litigation in federal and state courts. She also represents national corporations in government investigations and regulatory matters involving federal and state agencies and regulatory authorities.
Ms. Cox graduated, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, and worked in the advertising industry for five years before attending law school. Ms. Cox graduated, with honors, from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Ms. Cox was Articles Editor of the Emory Law Journal and competed on the school’s National Moot Court Team.
