Moustafa Said is a counsel with King & Spalding, based in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. Mr. Said has considerable experience working in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other jurisdictions. Mr. Said has been involved in various matters including property structuring, development, leasing, facilities management, joint ventures and other commercial matters, acting for a wide variety of clients including property developers, banks, facility managers, consultants and others.
Mr. Said also advises owners and operators on all aspects of hotel and branded residence developments throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Mr. Said qualified in Australia and relocated to the Abu Dhabi office of another firm in 2006. Mr. Said is conversational in Arabic.
