Mohammad Al-Ammar is an independent counsel who works in association with King & Spalding LLP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Prior to developing a relationship between his firm and King & Spalding, Mr. Al-Ammar worked with another law firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Al-Ammar has served as an in-house legal counsel in Riyadh for SAMBA Financial Group, a leading financial institution in the Middle East. His work included advising on various banking and information technology legal matters; ensuring the Bank is in compliance with the Saudi banking regulations; and the handling of banking transactions with a focus on technology-related transactions.
