Meredith Moss is a partner in the litigation and antitrust practice group at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C. Ms. Moss’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings, with a particular emphasis on financial reporting, accounting and securities-related matters. She has extensive experience representing professional services firms, public companies, individual officers and directors, and investment banks in a variety of state and federal jurisdictions, including motion practice, discovery and trial. Ms. Moss also has significant experience with issues relating to electronic discovery, including litigating disputes and providing clients with advice in advance of litigation. Ms. Moss also has experience planning and conducting independent investigations, and regularly represents clients in dealings with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, SROs and U.S. Attorneys.
Before joining King & Spalding, Ms. Moss was a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
