People

Lori Burton joined King & Spalding in 2002 and is a Senior Staff Attorney with the E-Discovery practice, King & Spalding’s solution providing, cost-effective and centralized discovery services. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of telecommunications, banking, consumer product, pharmaceutical, healthcare and energy clients. 

Lori received her J.D. from the University of Georgia where she was a Regent’s Opportunity Scholar.  

Litigation Technology Experience

Supervising and training attorney review teams and collecting, reviewing and producing documents. Due to Lori’s involvement in these projects, she has experience coordinating and supervising the selection of vendors. She also has experience creating project plans and developing protocols for objective coding, imaging, scanning and printing. Lori has extensive knowledge and experience of document review and litigation support systems including Relativity, Ontrack Inview, Applied Discovery’s Online Review Application (ORA), Summation iBlaze, FTI’s Ringtail, CaseMap, Case Central, Ernst & Young’s Tree Review System, V3locity, Concordance, Doculex, IPro and Microsoft Access.
