Lora Greene is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. Ms. Greene represents healthcare clients in the defense of civil False Claims Act actions, government investigations, and complex business litigation. In addition, she regularly advises clients on federal and state regulatory issues, including self-disclosures, compliance, fraud and abuse and Stark Law compliance. After practicing in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office for over 5 years, Ms. Greene recently relocated to New York.

Ms. Greene received her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 2000 and earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University in 2003 where she served as Managing Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Journal.
