Lingna Yan is a foreign legal consultant in the International Trade Practice Group at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on international trade remedy cases, particularly countervailing duty (“CVD”), antidumping (“AD”), and Section 337 investigations. Ms. Yan has worked on a variety of trade remedy proceedings covering a wide array of industries, with extensive knowledge of Chinese legal system, U.S. laws and WTO agreements. She also counsels clients on WTO matters in relation to GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (“SCM Agreement”), U.S. Foreign Corruption Practice Act (“FCPA”) issues, and Chinese law related issues.
Ms. Yan is admitted to the Bar of New York State, and has passed the Bar Exam of P.R. China. She is native in Mandarin Chinese, and fluent in English and Japanese.
