Lingna Yan is a foreign legal consultant in the International Trade Practice Group at King & Spalding in Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on international trade remedy cases, particularly countervailing duty (“CVD”), antidumping (“AD”), and Section 337 investigations. Ms. Yan has worked on a variety of trade remedy proceedings covering a wide array of industries, with extensive knowledge of Chinese legal system, U.S. laws and WTO agreements. She also counsels clients on World Trade Organization (“WTO”) dispute settlement matters, U.S. Foreign Corruption Practice Act (“FCPA”) issues, and Chinese law issues.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Ms. Yan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Shengrong Li at Haidian District Court in Beijing, China, and held an internship with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Law Firm Beijing Office where her gained experience in foreign direct investment and products liability regulations in China.
Ms. Yan is admitted to the Bar of New York State, and has passed the Bar Exam of P.R. China. She is native in Mandarin Chinese, and fluent in English and Japanese.
