Kelsey Desloover advises clients on compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and laws.  She specializes in hazardous waste disposal compliance at the state and federal level applicable to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, tobacco products, toxic chemicals, and other waste.  Kelsey also works with a variety of manufacturing clients to help them create robust, sustainable EHS management systems, maintain them through compliance audits, and revise them as new regulatory developments occur.  Kelsey works with a variety of scientific and technical experts to assess and mitigate regulatory compliance risks.  She is an associate in the Tort and Environmental practice group in Washington, D.C.
