Katherine D’Urso joined the firm in 2004 as King & Spalding’s Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. D’Urso works with King & Spalding’s Chairman, practice groups and individual partners to increase the effectiveness of business development efforts and raise the firm’s profile. She is responsible for the firm's Website, public relations, marketing communications and business development activities.
Ms. D’Urso joined the firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that she was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC she served in various senior marketing roles, including leading the worldwide launch and management of the PwC brand, and subsequently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for a PwC technology venture.
Ms. D’Urso received her B.A. from Wellesley College. She has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business where she was a Lauder Fellow, receiving an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
