Kai-Ting Yang is an associate in the Finance Practice Group of the firm’s New York office. Her practice is in commercial finance, with a dual focus on investment grade financing in the energy industry and on middle-market lending. Ms. Yang has represented arrangers, lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border working capital facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, unitranche loan financings and second lien financings. Ms. Yang graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law and is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. Before law school, she received her B.A., high distinction, from the University of Virginia.

- Representation of joint lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with $4.5 billion credit facilities for the regulated and unregulated affiliates of a U.S. power and energy company.
- Representation of joint lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with $3.85 billion senior secured revolving credit facilities for a U.S. energy company.
- Representation of lender in bilateral credit facilities to finance energy projects for the Bonneville Power Administration.
- Representation of lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with multi-currency secured term and revolving credit facilities to finance a cross-border acquisition.
