Justin King is an associate in the Atlanta office and a member of King & Spalding’s Corporate Practice Group.
Mr. King’s practice includes representation of public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, leveraged buyout transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and general corporate and securities matters. Mr. King also has experience representing professional sports franchises and professional athletes in corporate transactions and general contract matters.
Mr. King is active in the local community and has represented clients through the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network and the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network. Mr. King also serves on the Board of Directors of Refugee Resettlement & Immigration Services of Atlanta and he works with the Buckhead Baseball Little League.
Mr. King received his law degree from American University, cum laude, in 2007 where he served as a staff member on the American University Law Review. He received his B.A. in economics from Bowdoin College in 2004.
