Jules Quinn represents global corporations and financial institutions on labour issues. She has particular experience in international project management and working with clients headquartered outside the U.K., specifically those in the U.S., with global operations. Jules works alongside in-house counsel or senior management teams with responsibility for EMEA on acquisitions, mergers, employee transfers, and the downsizing of European workforces.
Jules' recent experience prior to joining King & Spalding includes advising CBRE on the pan-European merger and integration with ING Real Estate, and her client base includes Cobham plc., MasterCard, and Toronto Dominion Group.
Jules is former deputy chair of the Employment Lawyers Association and is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Human Resources Section of the International Bar Association. She is also a governor of North London Collegiate School and chairs the school's personnel committee. Jules is a frequent lecturer and commentator in the U.K. national press most recently on cyber-bullying and social media.
