Jonathan Katz focuses exclusively on the representation of owners and developers in their construction projects.  As a partner in the Global Transaction group, Jonathan represents clients in a wide range of domestic and international projects, primarily in the oil and gas, LNG, power, and petrochemical sectors. 

Jonathan has experience drafting engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), construction management, construction, engineering, industrial services, operating & maintenance, and procurement agreements.
