Pat Brumbaugh is a partner on the Business Litigation Practice Group. In his thirteen years with the firm, Mr. Brumbaugh has represented his clients in complex business litigation, focusing particularly on securities-related and other shareholder litigation and professional liability litigation.
Mr. Brumbaugh has represented issuers, accounting firms, and underwriters in all manner of class action securities and shareholder derivative litigation. In addition, he has conducted internal investigations and represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission. With respect to professional liability matters, Mr. Brumbaugh has represented major law firms and “the Big Four accounting firms” in professional malpractice and related litigation.
