- Represented U.S. oil refiner in dispute with international oil trading company concerning operating issues relating to oil pipeline in Central America;
- Represented non-U.S. oil companies in disputes concerning JOAs for blocks in Colombia and Ecuador;

- Represented methanol producer in dispute with Host Government over new law allegedly giving state gas company a preferential right to purchase;
- Represented developer of software to optimize refinery output and petrochemical companies in disputes over technology licensing, plant construction and valuation, and supply agreements involving non-U.S. companies;
- Represented U.S. petrochemicals company in ICC arbitration with British Petrochemicals Company concerning license and supply agreements; seat of arbitration in London;
- Represented a U.S. petrochemical company in ICC arbitrations over licensing dispute; seat of arbitration in Zurich;
- Represented Brazilian petrochemical company in ICDR arbitration with Texas corporation over sale of methanol; seat of arbitration in Houston; and
- Represented Malaysian petrochemical company in licensing dispute with U.S. petrochemical company; the arbitration was under the Rules for Arbitration of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, and the seat of the arbitration was Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
