Jill Pride Anderson is counsel in the Capital Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group. She practices in the Atlanta and New York offices.
Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice in real estate private equity, advising fund sponsors and institutional investors in connection with structuring and negotiating joint ventures, asset and entity-level acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and asset management, with a particular focus on the representation of European investors in U.S. real estate.
Ms. Anderson attended Georgetown University, received her bachelor’s degree cum laude in journalism from the University of Georgia, and earned her J.D. with distinction from Emory University where she was Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal and awarded the Order of the Coif. She authored “Lender Liability for Breach of the Obligation of Good Faith Performance” published in the Emory Law Journal. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
