Jessica Sabbath is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. Her practice involves a wide range of complex commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate disputes, business torts and insurance coverage disputes. Her experience includes litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Sabbath graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia in 2001. She received her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, in 2004 from Tulane University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Georgia state courts. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
