Jeff Misher specializes in leveraged finance, securitization and specialty finance. As a partner in our Capital Markets and Finance practices, Jeff represents investors and lenders in a variety of financial transactions.

Jeff represents financial institutions, specialty lenders, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of structured finance, leveraged finance and secured lending transactions.

In his practice, Jeff focuses particularly on cash-flow and asset-based financings. These include structured transactions involving trade, loan and leasing receivables, along with related asset-backed commercial paper programs, leveraged buyouts and healthcare finance. His focus also spans domestic and cross-border buyer- and seller-led supply chain finance facilities involving accounts receivable and drafts.

In addition, Jeff represents sellers and buyers in commercial mortgage repurchase transactions and is experienced in restructuring and Chapter 11 exit facilities.
