Jaron Brown is a partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He also is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
Mr. Brown advises private equity funds in leveraged buyout transactions and other types of transactions in which private equity funds deploy capital or return capital to their limited partners. He also represents both public and private companies in strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
Mr. Brown’s practice covers a number of industries, including pharmaceutical, energy, restaurants, technology services, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, transportation and retail.
