Jaron Brown is a partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He also is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
Mr. Brown represents private equity and venture capital funds in investment transactions and investment exit transactions. He also represents both public and private companies in strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Mr. Brown advises boards of directors and board committees on matters relating to M&A transactions and corporate governance. He also has experience counseling public companies in connection with compliance matters related to SEC, NYSE and NASD rules and regulations and investment advisor and broker dealer regulation.
Mr. Brown’s practice covers a number of industries, including pharmaceutical, energy, restaurants, technology services, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, transportation and retail.
