Jamie Stainback is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate Group. Ms. Stainback has participated in the representation of issuers in a range of corporate finance transactions and securities matters including public and private securities offerings. She counsels private equity sponsors in the formation of private investment funds and advises fund investors in reviewing and negotiating the terms of their investments. Ms. Stainback also has a broad range of experience in SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance issues and other corporate/securities matters. In addition, she has experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Stainback graduated with Highest Honors in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 2001. Ms. Stainback worked as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C. from 2001 to 2002. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. Ms. Stainback is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.
