Jim Cusick is a partner in the New York office and a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. As an outside counsel for 20 years, Mr. Cusick has represented corporations and accounting firms in a variety of litigation, trial and appellate matters. He has experience in substantive areas such as accounting malpractice, securities litigation, financial services litigation, consumer class actions, patent infringement and insurance coverage.
Mr. Cusick also served as a managing director in Morgan Stanley’s Law Division for five years, including as global co-head of litigation. In that role, Mr. Cusick supervised 50 attorneys and oversaw litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters around the world.
