Jacqueline Mahoney is an associate in King & Spalding’s Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Mahoney assists clients with patent prosecution with a focus in the areas of pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, and medical devices. In addition to preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, Ms. Mahoney assists with patentability and infringement analyses and due diligence investigations.
