  • National counsel to Beazer Homes in its Chinese drywall docket, consisting of individual and putative class actions in state and federal court, including a federal MDL proceeding in which he serves as a member of the Homebuilders Steering Committee, involving claims of personal injury and property damage arising out of alleged residential exposure to sulfide gases from defective drywall manufactured in China.

  • National counsel to Union Carbide in its vinyl chloride docket, comprising individual and class actions in numerous state and federal courts throughout the U.S. involving claims of conspiracy and personal injuries arising out of alleged exposure to vinyl chloride.

  • Lead counsel for Hercules in numerous cases involving allegations of personal injury or property damage arising out of alleged exposure to toxaphene, a pesticide formerly manufactured by Hercules.

  • Lead Georgia counsel for Lincoln Electric and other welding rod companies in several hundred cases in Georgia involving claims of conspiracy and personal injury arising out of alleged exposure to manganese fumes from welding rods.

  • Lead Georgia counsel for Honeywell in its asbestos docket in Georgia.
