Ivan Davydov is an associate in King & Spalding’s Moscow office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Davydov has more than five years of practice in advising clients on various aspects of international as well as domestic business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance issues.
Mr. Davydov also has vast experience advising clients on a wide range of Russian antitrust issues arising in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and issues related to the Russian Law on Foreign Investments in Strategic Entities. Mr. Davydov also advised firm clients on various issues of Russian law related to advertising.
