    • asbestos;

    • pesticides;

    • consumer products; and

    • workplace health and safety.

Litigation

  • Assisting in defense of:

    • regulatory enforcement actions;

    • environmental contamination cases;

    • product liability actions; and

    • international arbitration of alleged environmental harms.

Management Systems and Compliance Programs

  • Preparing environmental management system manuals

  • Developing standard operating procedures for activities affecting environmental matters

  • Writing operations and maintenance programs for management of asbestos, mold, and other potential environmental concerns
