Hamilton Craig is a senior associate in the Special Matters and Investigations practice in King & Spalding’s Washington office. Hamilton’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense litigation, federal and state government investigations, corporate internal investigations, and regulatory matters. Hamilton’s experience includes investigations by the New York Attorney General, the New York Department of Financial Services, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and the National Futures Association.

Hamilton earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. During law school, he served as the Comments Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law and as a Vice President of the school’s chapter of the Federalist Society.

Hamilton received his undergraduate degrees cum laude and magna cum laude from the University of Maryland in Government and Philosophy respectively, and was a Banneker/Key Scholar
