Frank Bayuk is an associate in King & Spalding's Tort Litigation Group, where he represents foreign and domestic companies in high exposure product liability and mass tort lawsuits. He has experience in large-scale, class action, and multidistrict litigation, as well as individual product liability actions. He has represented a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical, tobacco, paint and lead pigment, and energy industries.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Bayuk's practice has centered on defending product liability lawsuits brought against GlaxoSmithKline, and he is currently part of a King & Spalding team serving as national coordinating and trial counsel in litigation involving GSK's antidepressant Paxil®. He also serves on a team representing Purdue Pharma in product liability litigation involving the prescription medication OxyContin®.
Mr. Bayuk joined King & Spalding in 2007 after practicing in the Atlanta office of an international law firm.
