Eleanor Banister is a partner in King & Spalding’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice with over 27 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. She advises clients on all aspects of the design, implementation, administration and funding of executive compensation and employee benefit plans. She counsels with and negotiates on behalf of clients with respect to business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and initial public offerings.
