• Analyzed enabling legislation and statutory framework for hospital districts and other government-owned facilities and advised their boards on options in particular transactions, including sales, leases, and acquisitions in Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi and North Carolina; and
  
  
• Represented a major tax-exempt health care system in purchases, sales, and creation of joint ventures of health care facilities throughout the southwest.
