Darrick McDuffie is an associate in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and class action securities litigation and related government investigations.
Mr. McDuffie received his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 1997. He received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2003. Mr. McDuffie is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Business Law and Litigation Sections of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Gate City Bar Association. Mr. McDuffie currently serves on the Executive Board of the Gate City Bar Association and on the Board of Directors for the Vision Leadership Institute.
